differences between male vs female

I am planning on getting a female which is about 10 months old and i was wondering what are the differences between a female and a male panther when it comes to care. I know they need a laying bin but what else??

The lay bin is the biggest difference. You will want to keep the basking temp slightly lower and monitor how much she eats in order to reduce the number of eggs she develops. Temps that are too high and over feeding females can cause them to produce dangerously large clutches of eggs.

How much food and what temps

I Keep the basking temps right at 85 for my females and 90 for my male. As far as feeding, that is kind of up to you, your female, and the size of the feeders. I feed mine about a dozen 1/4" dubia everyday. She has laid 2 fertile clutches in the last 3 months and laid 26 eggs each time. My other female has never laid and she is on the same feeding and temps. I weigh my girls a couple times a week. I feel that I can better monitor how much to feed based on their weight (of course this only works with adult chams).

I would do about the same except every other day. My girl just laid a week ago, so I am still giving her extra food and supplements to help her recover.

Oh ya what about supplement when breeding does she need more than usually

Most just supplement extra calcium after laying eggs, some will use a liquid calcium (I don't because I only have powder). Egg production takes a lot out of a female. I offer all the food she wants and dust everything with calcium for a couple of weeks after laying. After she is pretty well recovered, I go back to feeding and dusting every other day.
