I got him in a bigger cage now 2x2x4 and only half of the cage seems to be getting the light from the one fixture, so i thought i would just ad another so the other side could get it as well.

Use your basking light to light up the other area. You really don't need two uvbs. Most members house their chams in 2 X 2 X 4 with the one Reptisun tube and a basking light. you want your chameleon to be able to move in and out of the UVB when he chooses, not be forced to be under it whereever he goes.
