Diet Help

I have a 4 month old Veiled Chameleon. I have been feeding him superworms, hornworms, crickets, and he can't seem to resist schefflera leaves.

What would a good diet plan be?

I was thinking

-On cricket days (4 days a week) (12-15 crik)
-On worm days (2 days a week) (2 superworms 1 hornworm)
-Fruit day (1 day a week) (various fruits and veggies)

I didn't manage to get his weight

I would go easy on the fruit...but greens and veggies are good.
Also...t that age I would feed it I sects every day for a few more months....and just make the greens and veggies as extras.
Is it a male or female??

Male. I also believe he was a larger baby from the clutch.
