So something happened with my timer and it did not turn off in 8 pm. and it was turned on to 5 am... I will get his light up again in about 12 am so he can get some sleep of 7 hours.. Can something happen to him?

Yea you are fine. We get power outages all the time here, and i used to have mechanical timers. Things would go off all sorts of times.
