Determine juvenile panther sex

Hello!
Got my ambilobe from a hobby breeder here in sweden in early september this year. Back then both me and the breeder were convinced if there was any male in the clutch it would be this guy.
Lately however I've begin to question the gender of my little guy. Hes now sligthy above 4.5 months old without any sign of colors aside a small green spot on his cheeks. This along with his size and lack of bulge at the base of his tail has got me even more worried so I thought that I'd do best by reaching out here...
