Desmond is sick :(

Desmond (veiled chameleon) was looking off today, so I took her to the vet. She doesn't know what's wrong with her, but she gave me antibiotics and some soft food to mix and try to force feed her. She's dehydrated, and I'm supposed to try to force feed her water as well.

Any tips on things I can do to make her more comfortable while I try to men her back to health?

Most important when giving her the mix. Use an eyedropper, plastic is better than glass since doesn't break. Don't put so much in her mouth that she can't swallow it. If you do over-fill her mouth she can aspirate( get liquids in her lungs ) which can lead very quickly to respiratory infection. really bad news.

Why do you think she's sick? Giving a cham antibiotics without knowing the problem is a BAD idea! What's the "soft food" you were given? We can suggest better options probably.

Also, be VERY careful forcing water on her. You are better off dripping it on her nose. It might take several minutes for her to start drinking. If you squirt it down her throat she could aspirate.
