Thats a lot of money. I paid about 70 for mine.

50 for me. he was on sale because he had been there for awhile and no one wanted him because he was a larger chameleon guess people don't realize they grow up

Yeah but I really like chameleons(from admirer now to a keeper) that is why I researched everything before buying one.

Yup it can hold crickets and roaches. I made this one but haven't tested it yet.

I have never made one myself yet but many of the DIY feeders that I have seen in here make the bottom with mesh. Perhaps so that any water from misters or misting will not collect in the bottom. But since you have a hook on your feeder, you can easily take it out to empty any water built up or any unwanted waste.
