Dehydrated eggs

I just happen to check my pygmies tank today and when looking at the underneath of the tank I found 5 eggs.

Dug them up to find they are a wee bit dehydrated. At the most they have been there 2 days.

What are the chances of them recovering and what can I do to help .. If anything?

I'm fairly new here but I was told to rehydrate them and try to hatch them anyway. The sooner the better. So~ Put them in moist substrate and they should pop back to normal. I have read about others finding shriveled eggs that eventually hatched. I'll see if i can find a link.
