Deep clean?

How often should I take everything out and give it a good scrub down? I spot clean everyday to remove feces and Unrates but as you know with a live plant and lots of foliage sometimes they go unseen. Kp’s been in this setup for about a month and a half and I haven’t deep cleaned. Just curious.

I'm a very cleansey person, I don't know the term , and I usually do it every month.

I did my last clean after 9 months. I should add that I use a washing machine drain pan which has a screened drain that empties into a bucket that I empty once a week. While cleaning after 9 months I did not smell anything foul and everything looked pretty clean. I do have a wild roach colony that lives in there though

That is why I don't trust free ranging Dubia's lol.
