shipped some stuff to a neutral party to make a trade for a cham. the tracking said it was out for delivery wednesday but nothing ever showed up..in fact it still says out for delivery.
the package requires a signature and the tracking never updated to delivered so i dont think someone stole it (at least not a random person walking by)
all 3 involved in the trade have called the post office with basically no help received (essentially saying nothing at all or just that it wasnt there).. one even went to the post office to ask about it and have them actually look around with no luck..
basically they just suck. so now im out the money i spent on shipping, out the stuff i shipped and out the cham. i just got totally screwed because they lost my package. i got insurance on it but if it goes anything like this i wont end up with anything.

There was a post awhile ago talking about someone having the same experience with USPS. I cant believe you would trust them to ship your cham. FedEx may be a little more but when I read things like it reaffirms my decision to not use them. I hope all works out for the cham, I hate to see any harm come to him because of their incompetency

i wouldnt trust them to ship my cham. the cham hasnt left the cage shes been in for awhile..
im talking about my items (not live) being lost at usps somewhere.
just so no one else reads this and thinks the same thing, i would never ship a cham over usps, i would never let anyone ship me a cham using usps.. i was shipping non live items. it was supposed to be cost effective but instead ive essentially lost my stuff and the opportunity to get the cham...and the money i paid for shipping.
i really hate everything right now.

Ugh that sucks. I wonder what happened, I've never had a single issue with them. I'm glad there wasn't anything alive involved in what got lost, at least.
Try to get the insurance back, I'm pretty sure they'll give it to you if they went and lost your package. And then hopefully you can buy the cham with that? I hope you can anyway, it's a bummer to get excited about an animal and then not be able to have it.
