I have a couple of questions about these, specifically Dendrobates leucomelas(bumble bee dart).
I know they eat mostly fruit flies, but instead can i use baby super worms, small crickets, dubia nymphs, etc?
Do you need to supplement their food?

Yes you need to supplement their food. Most froggers supplement
two-three times a week with calcium, and one-two times a week with a multivitamin,
and once every two-three weeks with a vitD calcium.

The only suitable feeder I see that you listed there would be pinhead crix.
Alternatively you could use freshly hatched Turkestan roaches.

Fruit flies are easy to culture and are a great staple, you can also use
springtails on occasion (though they don't have much nutritional value
and can't be effectively dusted), and tropical woodlice.

The woodlice are great.

You can also culture bean weevils and you will have productions similar
to the fruit flies, you can use the FF and the weevils as a staple.

You should be able to use very small (as in the size of fruit flies) super worms sparingly, and very small silkworms, along with pinheads and fruitflies.

If you are gonna use mealworms then be aware the they don't chew their
food, so the mealworm WILL be alive in their gut for a while and could cause
some serious damage.

Superworms would be worse since they can survive in liquid longer.
