Dark spots + pin worms

Hi my panther Chameleon has recently got a weird dark spot on his knee and on his side. Anyone know what this? A few weeks ago I took him to the vet and they found out he has Pin worms and they gave him a de-wormer called “Pyrantel Pamoate”. Anyone have any idea what this is ?
Age is 1yr and 3 months old
Diet consists of gut loaded super worms because he doesn’t eat anything else
Poop was small for a while and he wasn’t eating much. After the dewormer he’s eating normally now he gets enough water he has a good sie cage with 70watt heat and 10.00 UVB bulb

I have no knowledge of the meds you are using so I will let others chime in on that but superworms are not good to use as a staple.
They do have a tendency to get hooked on them and refuse other feeders but I would offer others like silkworms or bsfl if he is on a worm kick and use a little tuff love on the superworms. He won't starve himself.

Super worms should only be a treat 2 or 3 times a week, if you don't get a linear uv light your cham will die

Med is safe, paralysis of the adults worms so be ready to collect some worms on the next poop;)
The spots look like kind of burn to me but I can be wrong can you post picture of the bulb you use (I want the specific brand, wattage and type) and some pictures of the enclosure? We will start with this hypothesis first;)

Pyrantel is supposed to be safe. How many eggs per slide?
