Do you free range the crickets in her cage?

If she does not eat them all they could be biting her. Those dots could be bruising. Not saying this is what it is just a possibilty. I have not had any cricket bites since I cup feed.

I cup feed her... we have a long cup that the crickets cannot jump out of and she knows when i bring the cup to her... she attacks them immediatly.. so i do not believe is the crickets...

i just noticed that the markings fade out but they come back...

but do you guys think these markings will go away? :(

if they go away and come back, def sounds like abruise.
My male would get bruised and they would fade and come back.
bruises heal, but in chams they can take a while.

ok thanx a lot... i hope they go away... do you know how long is "a while".. i feel so bad looking at her like this.. :(

You should be gutloading with either a proper cricket premade gutload (ex. Cricket Crack, Kricket Feast, dino Fuel ect.) or just using fresh veggies. Stay away from fish flakes and Cat/Dog food. These are made for those specific animals, Not chameleons.
Supplements - Exo-Terra Calcium & Exo Terra Multi vitamins, we have the powder in the feeding bowl and the crickets always roll in it.
Supplements:
Calcium w/o d3-everyday
Calcium w/d3- twice a month
Multivitamin such as herptivite- twice a month

Watering - 3-4 times a day manually misting the tank. Ice cube melting on top of the tank and drips in a dishbowl
The ice cube method is not a good one because of the cold temps the water is at. Chameleons avoid it rather than get sufficient drinking out of them. Also chams can't see standing water so the water dripping into a bowl is useless. Bowls with large amounts of standing water can cause bacteria and chameleons have been known to drown in them. You might want to try a cottage cheese/yogurt container with a small hole(tack size) in the bottom. Or if you don't want to mess with that just get a dripper.

I see you have 2 compact 26 watt's. You should just be using 1 5.0 . I'm not positive on this but I'm thinking that if you have 2- 2.0's, that is not emmiting sufficient UVB rays.

Husbandry looks good. I threw a couple pointers in there for you that you might want to change bt otherwise your little cham is pretty happy!! I would say the dark spots are bruising aswell and will probably go away in a couple days.

Thanx camimom i will definitely try the warm shower couze i also read it elsewhere..

Food: I do give lettuce to my crickets and other veggies i find around, along with the fish food...

Suppliments: I feed my chami in a cup.. so i have calcium w/o d3 and multivitamins in the cup... so before i give her the crickets they roll around in the powder and than she eats them... so am I giving her TOO much multivitamins.. I do not have too much of the powder just a little bit at the bottom...

Lights: Sorry I wasnt clear with my UVB lights, they are both 5.0

its not a burn. it does not look like a bruise either. sometimes when chameleons (specifically veiled) lean on things for long periods of time, or hit a part of their body against something, or fall, they will get black blotches. they sometimes go away and come back, or stay for short periods of time. sometimes for a day or so.

You should only be using one 5.0 unless your cage is huge. Also be aware that you need to change those every 6-8 months because they become ineffective. With the supplements: You are goin to need the Calcium w/ d3 aswell. You need to use that and the multivitamin ONLY twice a month. You are over doing the mutivitamin if yo are using it everyday. I alternate d3 and mulitvitamin every saturday just to keep it easy. Hope this helped out. ;)

When you hit your body against something. does it leave a bruise? same thing.

i think of those type spots being too temporary to be a bruise. bruises are popped capillaries and damaged tissue :p the black spots are more like touching sunburn and having it leave a mark. it just last longer in this case

I just wanted to share with everyone that it seems that my chameleon's spots (bruises) have fully disappeared! which makes me happy :)
