Maybe try handling her less.

Usually if they do not enjoy handling, they become moody if subjected to it too much.

Does she willingly come to you or do you force her to be held?

Maybe she is still getting used to you.

I am by no means an expert (except maybe at being new!) but maybe she is just very stressed. If her previous owner could not care for her properly, then she went to a pet store, then to you, that's a lot of change for a little one. My chameleons have both been male and I know females have less patterning but she doesn't have much at all so maybe she is younger than what you were told? By the way I love her eyes they are gorgeous.

I don't really handle her to much. When I stick my hand in the cage she just looks at me. So when she does come out it's because I have food lol. I didn't even thank about what she could have been through before I got her. I don't let really anyone go by her. The only people she sees is my son, my husband and I. I love her eyes to. Some times she will just sit there looking at me and her eyes just shine so bright. :D But yes I will stop handling her for a few weeks. Is there anything else I could do to make her feel safe? Do you think I should get her a bigger cage?

?

Switch out the reptisun 10.0 for a 5.0. The light may be giving issues. She seems a little dark, but not too stressed. Definitely a little darker in the first pix. Try switching out the lights. Maybe lower highest temp to 90°.
