Hi There
So when I first took Pennie to the vet, he asked me to keep a log of what she weighed morning and night, what she ate and whether or not she pooped and how it looked.
I call it the poop sheet.
I took in the filled poop sheet on sunday for the vet and she was really impressed and said how this would help her with other patients whose recoveries may take longer than usual.
I've uploaded a PDF version as the original I made is in excel and I can't upload it.
If anyone would like to use it and think it might help them, it definitely helped me!
I left a few lines in there of examples of how I filled it.. this isn't her exact log as far as the info goes.
