Today my little chubby boy Daedalus turns a year old!
In early fall of last year I contacted the Chameleon Company for a second Nosy Be, because as some of you may know, my first one turned out to be a very unique yellow guy and I still wanted one of those bright blue ones everyone else seemed to have! So when I opened up his bag, I remember seeing this adorable little guy with lots of red spotting and I was elated. And then when the breeder saw my proud new photos he let me know in a conversation that he realized after seeing them that he'd made a mistake and that I had a Nosy Faly-Ambanja cross instead. It seemed like I wasn't getting a solid bright blue Nosy Be this time either, but I didn't care, I was madly in love with him!
And I still am, he has the most delightful personality of all my panthers.
He recently had an accident with his tail and it required amputation (which I think makes him look chubbier! lol) but he's doing fantastic.
Here he is! From Day 1 -
