Someone online wants to sell this guy. Breaks my heart because he does not look well

Yes.

Notice that the "ballooning" is isolated to the head, specifically the casque and eyes.

Infections generally cause swelling, and the sinuses run throughout the head.

Id say its a fairly logical idea to what is wrong with the animal.

I came across this guy the other day when he was posted.. I wrote to them straight away advising them to get him to a vet ASAP... Poor guy.. Such a sin

They are certainly well within their rights though.
