Intrigued by the Milk Jug Feeder

Can someone post a photo or explain in more detail? Are we starting with a regular plastic one gallon milk jug?

Just an update. After weeks of consistantly getting Larry to eat out of the cup, he finally got the idea and ate from the cup.. I will continue to do what i've been doing and let a few roam free for him to hunt and the rest in the cup.
