Hello all,
I posted a few months back that I was building a custom cage from a bird cage I found on Wayfair. Just wanted to show it off and get some critiques as my first Panther is coming next Tuesday from Kammerflage and I want to make sure I got this all down correctly.

Chameleon Info:
- Your Chameleon - 3.5 month old Panther Chameleon.
- Feeding - I ordered 1/4 inch and 1/2 inch crickets cause I'm not sure how big he'll be when he gets here. Plan on feeding 12-15 a day for first few months as suggested.
- Supplements - Repashy Calcium Plus every feeding. Gutload crickets with bee pollen, veggies and Repashy bug burger.
- Watering - Mistking 4 sessions a day (1.5 min at 8am, 5 min at 11am), 1.5 at 2pm, 1.5 at 5pm)
Cage Info:
- Cage Type - 27"x23"x64" converted birdcage. Breeder approved the size. Polyurethaned the entire cage 2 months ago gave it plenty of time to air out. Used great stuff pond foam on some rough edges and to reinforce the screen that I redid (came with sharp chicken wire that I replaced with window screens).
- Lighting - Zoo med 2' vivarium hood with T5HO 5% UVB bulb, brand new. 65W Incadescent bulb, but I think I'm gonna go to 75w, I have the dimming fixture if need be I can just keep it dimmed to achieve the right temp.
- Temperature - Basking (86-90F), ambient (70-72F)
- Humidity - 50-75% during the day, 75-85% at night with a fogger only used at night.
- Plants - Umbrella plant, 4 Golden Pothos and tons of real sterilized oak branches, I also used 2 vines I bought off Amazon.
- Placement - In the corner of my living room
- Location - Long Island New York
