Crickets to Superworms Conversion

So the general ratio that I have been going by is feeding Juvenile veileds 6-12 months of age 5-6 medium crickets every day. (Split the normal 10-12 crickets every other day into a feeding every day to go with my routine of my other animals).

My question, now, is how does that translate into other feeders? Since superworms are slightly larger in my mind, would you feed less of these than you would crickets? I just don't want my boy to go hungry, but I also don't want to over feed him.

Primarily curious about superworms, but would also love to know about butterworms and waxworms. I know these aren't staples, but it's good to know how many to give!

Is there a conversion chart somewhere??

Not really sure its needed, but here are some specs:
*Veiled cham ~8months old
*Plants: Dracaena, 2 Ficus and Purple Wandering Jew
*Lights: Exo Terra 75W Infared Basking Spot, Zoo Med 60W Daylight Blue Reptile Bulb (UVA), and the farther light is an Exo Terra UVB Bulb 75W... I cant remember which one
*Lights are on a ~10hr cycle on/off
*Humidity ranges between 35-50 depending on the time of day
*Bottom Temperatures (from left to right) 70-75
*Top Temperatures (from left to right - under lamps included) 75-110

I don't think there is a formula to use on how many, of what size, converting, etc. Chameleons of the same age and weight will consume more or less than another chameleon.

At 3 months to 12 months I have always kept food readily available, with an eye out for a chubby male, which has not appeared as of yet. If he did, I would cut the food down.

My chameleons are older now, and I don't feed them every day, but let them be without food for a day or two, to me this best simulates what hunting would be like in the wild.

More important than equalling cricket "volume" is the absolute necessity to offer various feeders to gain vitamins, proteins, fats, and minerals that our dusting probably doesn't cover.

CHEERS!
