crickets cleaning off calcium

Hi everyone,

Yesterday I came back home ealy towards 12, and peeked into the cricket bowl. I noticed that the crickets where super clean, no calcium on them at all. I know Biff had eaten 5 of them already, and he ate the rest during the day. I was wondering if this is an issue, should i re-dust the crickets when i see this? I am not sure if they really clean themselves or dust themselves off when they crawl over one an other. But whats for sure is that biff only ate 5 dusted crickets, not even half of his daily diet....

Well, you shouldn't really be able to tell that the crickets were dusted anyways. You should only use enough calcium to make them a shade lighter.
