crickets and superworms

I am feeding my cham superworms and wanted to know how many to feed it. Everywhere I read they talk about crickets as the food source and the say 10-15, but how many superworms would that equal to?

my Cham is about 10 months old and he can eat up to 10 large crickets and 2 superworms a day but i have cut him back to 5 crickets and 2 superworms a day now since he's nearly a year old. not sure if this helps, you didn't mention how old your cham was

Yeah sorry. He is about a year. so I'm guessing 6 superworms a day? Or 8?

You might want to consider more than 2 feeders. Without variety, it is easy to miss nutrients that the chameleon needs.
