Crickets and dubia cockroaches

I have a new Panther cham coming Wednesday and I want to make sure his diet is perfect! I have crickets and small dubias gutloading right now. Is there any schedule that I should feed them to the cham? I know to feed in the morning but should I do both at the same time, one or the other for a while? Thanks!!!

I feel like its a personal preference, I like to feed a little of everything all the time, but i know a lot of people that like to change the food by day but i think whatever works for you and your cham
