Cricket Gutload Idea

Lately, I have been feeding my crickets the day old crested gecko diet that my geckos don't finish. It gets a little hard and brittle after sitting in the gecko food dishes. The crickets completely devour it and already has plenty of good lizard nutrients.

Of course, I still feed the crickets fresh veggies too.

Just an idea. Sorry if this has already been discussed.

I'm not sure what the gecko diet has in it but I would make sure that it's safe for chameleons.

Be aware that if you use food you take out of your geckos' cage to feed anything else any germs they carry could be transferred.

we just use a combination of fresh fruits and vegetables along with cat food and bearded dragon pellets - since they also get fed to two beardies - and their bedding is just plain dried up oatmeal. As mentioned before, using old gecko food is a bit more risky because of unseen bacteria and mold build-up.
