Cricket bite on my Jackson

My baby is just over two years old and yesterday morning we discovered her front right foot was swollen.
We took her to the amazing reptile dealer in town and they found a cricket bite.
Their suggestion was washing it off and using Neosporin.
This morning her leg was even more swollen. Almost to the elbow. We have an appointment today with the vet, but is there anything I can do to make her more comfortable now?
I did move her from the top of her six foot enclosure and put her near the bottom. I also move the climbing vines, making her habitat more flat for the time being. Im hoping the if she is not allowing the limb to dangle, the swelling will reduce. I also wanted to be sure she could get to her water. (Dripper System)
Any helpful suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

first off ditch the red light and start hand feeding her. if you release the crickets in the cage and she can barely walk she wont be able to chase food around. (nice making 2 seperate chats. i was confused....)

The red light has been replaced (actually about three months ago) and we've been hand feeding for two days. Will continue till she's better.
She's moving up and down the climbing vines, albiet slowly.
