Creating a new enclosure.. need help

Hey everyone. Still working away on this tank. While moving it in we actually had to dismantle it to get it through the door. And I was wrong there's 9 sizes not 8 lol. We had to put the tank on hold with everything going on in our lives so now that it's almost all put back together were looking at finishing it again. Yay! I was wondering if you guys use hydro thermostat for your chams. One of the pet stores we go to was really pushing me to get one for my female. But I'm not sure if there worth it or if they cause more issues then good.

All of my umbrella plants died of rot, I traded it out for epiphyte dendrobium "anosumum" orchid mounted in redwood basket with some sphagnum, it grows and grows and supports full grown Male ambilobe. A biology scientist found it contains anti cancer properties

I’ve seen them in stores and I think they are cool but not really needed IMO for a chameleon because you want a humidity drop during the day and high humidity at night. I hope that answers your question

It does thank you. He was really pushing my husband to buy one. But I was pretty sure that they needed that drop. And I couldn't see how it would allow for that. Thank you so much

Do you live in a dry area by any chance? I can see if you lived in a dry area and struggle to keep humidity lvls where they should be during the day as a reason for them to push it on you.
