Could she be a low translucent?

The bottoms of her paws are white and I’m just wondering.

No way to know. FWIW, I've seen a lot of veileds with coloration like that...and years before the whole "translucent" morph thing was even recognized or selected for. There is so much variation in markings/coloration in veileds as it is.
