My Cham hasn't gone potty in like four days dose this happen? what do I do? My other Cham goes everyday but not my older one he is two years old. What you guys think? He does eat and drink everyday.

i will try that thanks i am sure i do a good job cleaning their cages every morning and no cant see any stinky presents and boy is he looking fat lol.

My mitsio has never gone as often as my faly. I was really worried at first, if you feel like searching back through my earlier threads about him you'll find they gave me some very helpful advice. But hydration does play a big part in keeping him going. He was doing fine and then my mister went down for a while and i was just hand misting and he was loving it and drinking every time i misted, but his poops got more spread out further apart, and also looked more yellow, so even though i would see him drink when hand misted, and not see him drink when mistking misted, he was definitely keeping better hydrated with mistking, and it was affecting not only the hydration level but the frequency of his poops.
I do keep a regular circulation of hornworms and silkworms, mostly because they love them and i want them to have variety, but also partially because of that inital scare with him and hydration and poop issues.
But yes, I remember when there were concerns about constipation some of the recommendations were to gutload with pear baby food, and give mineral oil, to help move things along. I never got as far as the mineral oil (he finally went after the pears, lol) But I now have a bottle handy, if it happens again.

theres a difference between constipated and impacted. too much food or calcium in relation to the water intake can contribute to either.
my recommendation;
1. reduce calcium
2. give extra water and dont feed til after it has drank.
3.gutload feeders with dried prunes, but feed chams at a reduced rate
4. not saying thats the case, but just for the record, not good to feed your chams all they will eat. and they should have frequent food/calcium free days. jmo
