Alright I'm confused about supplements and just want t get my cham on the right track. Right now i have Rep-cal Herptivite Multivitamins, Sticky Tongue Farms Miner-all, and Rep-cal Calcuim w/ Vit. D3. When should I use these 3? I plan on buying Rashy (however you spell it) All in one come the 15th or April 1st. I'm feeding both Ringo and Angel 3-4 crickets in the morning and might throw in a couple silkworms. Thanks

The way I see it, you should do the D3 twice a month and the multivitamin twice a month by alternating the weeks that you use them: D3 on week 1, multivitamin week 2, D3 week 3, multivitamin week 4. And I do calcium without D3 3-4 times a week and it's worked fine for me. Hope this helps and I too am getting some Repashy. Tired of these dadgum supplement feeding schedules lol.

Oh and by the way my previous post was intended for if you have Veiled chams, I was pretty sure you did but I just wanted to make sure. And for the female I believe you are supposed to give her more calcium without D3 per week than the male, but don't quote me on that as I do not have any experience keeping female Veileds, but it would make sense for her to get that extra bit of calcium for when she starts growing little eggs inside of her

Use D3 when indoors and stop useing it if you plan on putting it outside. No exact rule of thumb here. If you ask every member in here you would not get the same answer twice. Everything in moderation seems to work for me.

is your minerall outdoor or indoor?
Ringo is about 2-3 months, Angel is about 4-5 months both veiled. Unfortunately I was sent the wrong one and got outdoor. Cant put them outside for 1.) live on a military base and cant have reptiles, 2.) Its way too windy here and I don't want them to get sick. I'm going to have to get indoor or rapashy on the 15th.

the outdoor is what you want cause it contains No d3. you already have the repcal with d3. so you are good! Use the outdoor minerall at every feeding and then use your repcal with d3 a few times a month and your multivitamin a few times a month. also, chams that young should be eating way more than 3 or 4 crickets a day. 15-20 small crickets is more like it.

Lol I guess I knew this not sure why I asked the question like that. I guess I more interested in what the minerals do and how the affect the chameleon I'll check this link out thanks for the info!
