I see that d3 and multi vitamins are suggested to be given every two weeks. My question is, can I combine the two and if I do should I give two feedings worth every two weeks?

I'm using exo terra multi vitamin. I see that it does have d3 included. I want to make sure that he is getting enough supplementation, is this a sufficient amount of d3? I apologize if this is over thinking I just want to Provide the best care I can for my new little buddy. I will be getting a 4 mo old ambanja male.

Hmm... I use Reptivite twice a month on only a few crickets. Maybe someone else will add a few more comments. I have not seen any issues, but I never really broke down the detailed amount that is necessary for a chameleon. I believe that vitamins and calcium is all just an insurance. It is not a necessity if you are providing a good varied diet.
