i dont mist the tank i have a live plant for some humidity and a waterfall which i change the water every day with clean water(not tap water) to prevent bacteria from forming.
i would highly suggest you take the waterfall out!!! that is a breeding ground for bacteria even with pure distilled water(even if you do clean it daily) and your chameleon can drown in it

and if you believe your temps are correct i would lower them a little (to the suggested temp above)
