Color morphs?

I believe i have seen that there are color morphs for veilds, sunburst, turquoise and so on. If this is the case can you tell from a young age. My big guy seems to show the classic "sunburst" orange striping and at the same time when he is fired up he becomes covered in blue polka dots his legs become solid blue and now he is beginning to show these colors while chillin. Any info cool if this is just luck of the draw on color or if there is a method to his color madness.

The blue is somewhat visible in the pic gets better it seems every day
