Cold weather shipping?

Any input from anybody in the pet store business? - I live in Michigan, and I know my local petstore is getting in shipments of bugs weekly year 'round (I count on that!), as well as tropical fish and reptiles on a somewhat less regular schedule. Presumably they have all the shipping-in-all-weather kinks worked out...

Well my first time shipping in cold weather was a success I was quite nervous about the whole thing especially how yesterday was going for me.
