I think you need memory helpers....I have an index card clipped to the "closer" on the dogs' cage that says "DOG FOOD" to remind me to put the dog food bowl in the rubbermaid food container so the ants don't eat it....
There has to be a light switch or something that you habitually use when going to bed that you can use for a "reminder".
Or maybe you can have your phone or computer remind you to bring the chameleon in.

what would be the coldest my temp my cham can be in...because some times i forget to get my cham from the cage out side...

Many people in Southern Cali keep a wide variety of chameleons outdoors year round and seem to have no problems. There are some on the forum and some I have spoken to personally. So I would think it would be okay.

How about putting a card on your bed before you put your chameleon outside. That way you can't help but remember.

hmmmmm...ok...yeah cause i was thinking of letting my chams live out side...i also have a female nosy be shes about 16 months old.mabey a bit older...

If you do you may want to consider a heat source for very cold nights. I know some people don't use anything but I would be concerned. I don't know how cold it gets over night in your area.
I personally do not leave mine out in the winter. I have read on here that people say there are wild populations of veileds and Jackson's in areas of San Diego and Morro Bay and possibly Laguna Beach. If that is true they must be able to withstand some pretty cold nights.
