I had my Nosy Be, Cobalt, out today and he was showing the strangest colors! I've had him out before and he usually turns a white with dark teal stripes when he's mad at me (which is always) but today he was flashing a lot of yellow. He in general isn't blue very often, mainly because he is so stressed out by absolutely everything and/or basking that he's typically very dark. And he's not really blue, he's definitely a green-turquoise Nosy.
He's 7 months old, going on to 8 in a week.
In this one he's calming down a little from his very stressed colors, so he has more dark spotting/stripping than in the next photos, when he's more calm.
With flash now, so it's not a lighting trick.
And one to show his calm colors. There is no way to get a side show when he's calm, he always tries to hide behind the trigs.
