Anyone tried them? I'm thinking of ordering some for halloween time, does anyone know if they're okay for people with astigmatism and how many days you can wear them? I know no more than 8 hours at a time.

I've heard nothing but bad things about those things. Having a cool costume isn't worth my eyesight, I don't know if it's worth yours. You'll have to make that call.

I actually just read an article on this, and it said to absolutely have a prescription to use them. They have shown to do damage without the proper fit. I will try to remember where i read the article.
So Karma, just be careful, I know they are cool and all, but not at the risk of your eyesight.
Maybe just wear them for a really short period of time, if you absolutely just cant live without them
