Yes, 100%. The store managers pretty much sit there and lend a sympathetic ear but they are just taking directives from corporate. So call corporate at that # if you see something off at your local Petsmart regarding husbandry. If it’s a sick animal then that’s an actionable issue you can address with the store manager
