I went to a local pet store and I have noticed these before, but that was before we had 4 adults and 11 babies (so far!). They have a big bin by the reptile stuff that has been there for over a year, and it says CLEARENCE on it. It is FULL of Reptisun 5.0's and Iguana 5.0's (which I have looked into and seem to find no difference) There are a lot of different sizes:
1- 48" Reptisun
4- 36" ReptiSun
3- 24" Reptisun
6- 15" Reptisun
4- 36" iguana 5.0
Plus a couple assorted 10.0 and A couple 2.0's
All of them are marked $10.00 each. I am thinking that I can get them for a bulk deal if I buy a bunch of them! I'm wondering though, does the UVB expire from an unused bulb? Or do they stay good forever? I would assume that some of these larger size bulbs are at least 4 years (or more) old. Its an awesome deal and I could potentially save a TON of money. So let me know what you would do. Thanks
