Cleaning

What do you use to clean up every day things like poo, leaves, floor of enclosure, etc.? Just water, or a mixture of a solution?

I figure about once a month I'll disassemble and do a good cleaning with some bleach or vinegar?

What's your cleaning schedule, and what do you use?

Hi, I have thick paper towels on the floors of both my cages that catch any detritus, poop, leaves and water that are changed twice daily.

Once a month I remove my chameleons and gut their enclosures completely, wash the plants outside with a hose and clean all the vines and branches with a reptile safe anti-bacterial spray, which kills any bacteria, viruses, spores and anything else that could be detrimental to their health. Its safe to use without washing out, so I give everything a good soak, wait until dry and then re-build the cages.

What safe anti-bacterial spray do you use?

As far as washing the plants outside, for me in the wintertime that won't be an option, is there anything I can spray or wipe them with that's safe for both the plant and the cham?

Thanks!
