Cleaning question

I am giving Kush's cage a really good cleaning today, and was wondering about using vinegar. I am taking him out to clean it, but if I use vinegar can I put him in right after I'm done or do I ned to let it air out for a while? Also, what about using alcohol to clean it? Would it have to air out for a while? If so, how long?

^ The above site says that household bleach can be used aslong as its dilluted alot! and the Chameleon is not exposed during the cleaning taking place.

alcohol is not a cleaner and wont do squat for water based messes (it wont even remove a fresh coffee cup ring). As for cleaning, ive always used super diluted bleach water on everything but wood logs, those i wash down with salt water.

I have read you can use vinegar, I have used it mixed with water. I usally spot clean alot, Never let stools sit in the cage and it seems to work for me. I have taken out the plants and wash them with warm water and dishwashing liquid. Also soaked the river rocks at the base of the plant in HOT HOT Water. This also gives me time to look for any dubias that may hide in the plants. I never used bleach before. I might look into that maybe once in awhile....Good luck
