Well some of you may have seen my other thread where my prized Ambliobe almost got snatched up by an Americam Kestrel!!

https://www.chameleonforums.com/huge-scare-today-almost-lost-chance-79039/

Well i haven't had really good weather since that day so i havent really taken them out . But this past weekend was greattt, really nice out. I almost forgot about the Kestrels till i heard one and looked up and saw the pair on the edge of a building next door.

The first video is the Male doing a fly-by!!

The 2nd video is the female flying overhead with something in her beak and heading straight to the nest, which is in a hole in the rafters of the brownstone building with the pointed roof, the nest is right at the "point" . (she was on the edge of the building she took off from plucking/gutting it. i assume it was a Sparrow). She normally would fly to the edge of my building , then fly to the nest.

Jon you are taking him out in a cage correct? I just couldn't even hold mine outside knowing those predators were just waiting for a chance.

lol those bird have some good eyes to spot a lil cham. I also bring my cham outside with its entire cage since a red tailed hawk lives in the tree in my front yard. It really sucks when you come out to your car full of blood and feathers.

I have a big pond in my backyard that is full of koi. One day i came outside to a huge great egret eating my fish. Once he knew where the pond was he frequently visits for a snack, this has been goin on for over a year. I have a high powered motion sensor sprinkler now that sprays any intruders.....including drunk or forgetful friends that like to look at my fish :D

look what i found today.!! Wonder who done it!!?!?
