Cicada

Can I feed my fully grown female veiled a cicada? If i'm not mistaken, they're not toxic, but i'm a little worried about the shell they have? Anybody have any idea?

never mind, i googled the answer and found out that apparently i have asked the same question before, and they are safe feeding time
