im new to owning a cham and wanted to know if its normal for them to chirrup. i gave him his food this morning and was checking my emails and herd chirruping 2 times.

I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean by "chirrup". If he made a type of squeaking noise that could be a sign that he's developing a respiratory infection (wheezing). Chams do not have much if any vocalizations except hissing. Could you describe his setup and his husbandry (your cage, how you give water, the humidity levels, what you feed, what you gutload with, what supplements you use, what specific types of lighting you use, etc).
