Cherry tree branches??

Are cherry tree branches (dead and cleaned of course) okay to use in cham cages?
I have a friend who has a pile of cut limbs.

Yes de bark them and remove any fruit/leaves. Then I would soak them and put them in your oven for about 5-10 mins on 250-300. Please stay close and keep an eye while their in the oven.

Do they have much bark on them?
I have been using the branches of my dogwood tree, and they are smooth.

They could. I used to use dogwood branches as well but I just have my umbrella tree now with some cedar branches and ladders
