Hello! I just recently bought a cool veiled chameleon thats about a year old!!! The guy i bought him off of said he was selling him because he had a real attitude problem. He was so cute so i decided to buy him anyways! Low and behold after just a weeks of daily handling he is a real charmer !!! Ive been doing a lot of research and ordered a few books on chams to boost my knowledge in care of these cute creatures! THe reason i signed up to this forum is because i want to be the best i can be and give this lil guy the best life he can possibly have in captivity! Anyways my name is Nathan and im a cham owner located in california! Below are some pictures of Charmeleon (Charme-leon, french accent) !

You have a gorgeous boy! I have a veiled too and he is a sweetie. Mine loves to free range- I let him get some freedom daily. I think that really helps their temperament.

Welcome to the forums! Congrats on your new guy. He looks quite handsome. I keep veileds and they are awesome chameleons! All of mine have always been sweet and very friendly but I do free range and interact with them daily. I have a blog for new keeper that you might like to read over. I'll attach it below. https://www.chameleonforums.com/blo...-keepers-young-veiled-panther-chameleons.html
AWESOME!!! Very Helpful!!!! Thank you so much ^.^ so much useful information! It means a lot to both me and Charmeleon !

That cage is very small for him and he's ready for his big boy cage. I bet he sweetens up to get out of that cage and free range. He is a very good looking cham.

Welcome to the forum :)

For French, you drop the 'h', 'camélèon' :D

Or in your case, charmélèon!!
