Hi all,
Chamillionaire is a baby veiled chameleon that I've had for a week. I bought him online from LLLReptile and wen i got him he had a problem with his right eye where he would barely ever open it. Now the problem has escalated to both eyes. He barely ever opens them and he just sits around like hes asleep. I lightly spray him daily in hopes that the extra moisture will help his eyes, but it hasnt yet. Any ideas of why his eyes are like this?
Heres some info about his cage:
18"x18"x48"
88-90F at highest basking branch
78F at bottom of cage
some fake and some real plants
8.0 UVB light
I try to keep the cage at least 60% humidity
The two cages are separated by a towel so the two chams cant see each other
