Chameleons Dark

My chameleon is always dark. his temps are ok and hes got plenty of plants. he eats and poops fine

i use the same kinda of cage type( it think) ang clair stays dark aswell so im curious as to why also.

you say your temps are okay... Well what if they aren't? What temps are you using ?
Which bulbs? UVB and Heat?

What kind of Cham?
