Chameleon won't stop eating

I have a month and a half old vieled chameleon which I feed once or twice a day. From what I understand you're supposed to give them enough crickets to last them until the end of the day. I feed him before school (8am) about 5 or 6 crickets and he crawls down to the bottom and stays there until he eats them all. I've started feeding him when I get home as well (4pm) and the same thing, he will eat every cricket one after the other. I'm not sure if I'm not feeding him enough or if this is normal for his age. He's well hyrdrated and seems very content he just eats a lot ! Any help would be appreciated

It's normal especially when they're babies my Panther baby chameleon eats about 16 crickets a day

When they're young like that, you should be giving them as much as they will take. Some people give them as much as they can eat in 5 minutes, two times a day.
