The cage looks much better, but the newspaper on the bottom needs to go unless you are changing it out daily, and even then I would say that NO substrate of any kind should be on the bottom of the cage. As for a drip catcher under the cage- look under the Enclosures forum and read through the threads, plenty of people have come up with different catch containers and methods.

Paper towel or newspaper should be fine on the cage bottom if changed often.

I still see no uv bulb. You need a 5.0 linear fixture that can be got from light your reptiles or lll reptile.

Also I would swap the heatbulb out for a 40 watt household spotbulb that gives out white light as it is more natural.

It is great he is eating again.

I personally do not sue the supplements you mention so maybe someone can give you a good schedule for them to be used.
