okay so my deal is my small nosy faly has RI has he started making popping,sleeping facing up and extra saliva and spit bubbles. My parents being terrible people wont let me get into my bank account to pay for a vet visit. My neighbor is a vet and could possible prescribe a antibiotic to me if i could just figure out what he needs, Im not entirely sure where or how he got RI and recently quarentined him. If worst comes to worst i will barrow money from my sister to get a vet visit. Do i need a culture in order to find out what is wrong with him. I really would rather go to a vet but the way my parents are acting there is little to no way i can get to it
